We are a boutique investment firm, founded in 2012, with passions for real estate, construction, private equity, and alternatives. We hold a diversified portfolio of investments and actively manage the operation of many of our assets.

founder
Ryan Ewing is a former Fortune 500 executive, who spent his early career leading organizations and building operations at scale. He's now dedicated full-time to his investments and business ventures. He has expertise in manufacturing, distribution, people operations, and supply chain.
investment focus
We create returns through a diversified portfolio. Our primary investment focus is in leased single-family residential property and private real estate investment funds. We also own skilled-trade construction businesses and we continue to make direct private equity investments in great ideas. We further reduce risk with exposure to a variety of alternative investment classes.

Real Estate
We are an owner-operator of residential real estate investments, adding value through long-term leasing and short-term rentals. Our in-house property management team supports operations of our owned assets, as well as those of other investors. We also enjoy exposure to commercial, hospitality, and multi-family assets through private investment funds.

Construction
We are committed to investing in and partnering with established skilled trade service businesses. We seek out successful organizations that have the potential for accelerated growth, then acquire them so we can apply our extensive expertise towards driving greater success within these trades and related industries.

Private Equity
We love to invest in ideas. Our private equity focus areas are: travel, hospitality, leisure, and real estate. We invest in web-based and mobile applications, service-based companies, and consumer products. Most often, we find that the products and services we already utilize are also great investment opportunities.

Alternatives
We hold investments in fine wine and contemporary art. Our fine wine portfolio focuses on two regions: "cult-wine" labels from California and Champagne/Bordeaux labels from Europe. Our contemporary art investments, made through private placements, include works from Cecily Brown, Monet, and Andy Warhol.
